Helping Hands Moving & Storage Express

Our Story: Generations of Experience, A Vision for More

Helping Hands Moving & Storage Express was founded in 2019 in Jacksonville, Florida by a third-generation mover with over 30 years of experience in the moving industry. After years of working for a nationally recognized moving company and contributing to a family-run operation, our founder saw the opportunity to expand the vision offering more services, greater reach, and a deeper commitment to community impact. That vision became Helping Hands Express a company focused on quality, consistency, and care.

Growth Through Service

From the very beginning, our mission has been to deliver reliable, full-service moving experiences for both residential and commercial clients locally and across the continental U.S. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, we proved the strength of that mission. While providing safe, compliant, and essential relocation services, we also turned our equipment into community tools launching food drives, partnering with local churches, and setting up food pantries across Jacksonville.

This effort didn’t just serve the moment it sparked something greater.

They sent four workers out to move a hot tub that I just purchased and they got it Loaded moved and set up in two hours.  The crew is very pleasant to work with, and they were very nice and took great care of my hot tub.  Would absolutely recommend them again, and I will use them again for any moving needs.

Meeting with Logan, Travis, and Vova the day I was set to move out of my storage unit and into my apartment, was the ONLY thing that went right !  They were early to arrive, very professional and efficient throughout the entire process. They communicated everything thoroughly and there were no hidden fees or any extra spending after completion. I definitely would recommend Helping Hands to anyone looking for a genuine move and will be seeking them out in my future. Edit (6/20/25):  I had such a great experience using Helping Hands Express to move into my apt, that I hired them again to move out. They did not disappoint!  Michael, JB, and George maintained the quality and efficiency of the company’s standards. They were able to move my stuff from a third floor (stairs only) apt and into a first floor storage unit in record time. Being that it was the first day of summer, the heat was blazing , but the guys were persistent and kept positive attitudes to get the job done. I am forever grateful to have experienced a company such as Helping Hands Express and as long as they continue to delivery quality and affordability, I will continue to keep coming back for services.
